Arrival: Kilimanjaro Airport –Arusha

Your safari journey begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), . transfer to your comfortable accommodation in Arusha it depend on your opinion. Enjoy a restful night( B&B). Your safari guide will meet you for your briefing.

Day 1 Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will travel via the cooler highlands towards the southern Serengeti and at midday you will reach the plains of the Serengeti National Park. This park is the largest in Tanzania and has a diversity of habitats and landscapes – short grass plains, savannah, thick bush, swamps, and lakes. Bizarre rock formations called kopjes dot the grassy landscape where predators are often seen. The Serengeti is famous for the yearly migration when hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras trek to find fresh grass and water.

Day 2 Full game drive in Serengeti National Park

Today is devoted to exploring the wonders of Central Serengeti. Rise with the sun for a full day of thrilling game drives. Witness the incredible diversity of wildlife that calls this region home, including the Big Five – lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos. Keep your camera ready to capture unforgettable moments in this wildlife paradise. As the day draws to a close, return to your cozy accommodation in Central Serengeti, where the sounds of the wilderness will lull you to sleep.
Be one of only a few fortunate people to glide in a Hot Air Balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at supplementary cost by pre-arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa, across rivers and over numerous small villages.

Day 3 Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

On your outward journey to the park gate, you will enjoy some more game viewing before you leave the Serengeti National Park in the early afternoon to continue your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way you will see the very native Maasai tribe with their pure traditional life. You will overnight at lodge located on the ridge of Ngorongoro rim.

Day 4 Ngorongoro to Arusha

After breakfast you will descend the crater 600m down the crater for game. The massive collapsed volcano is home to over 25,000 mammals ranging from the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – to spotted hyenas, rare warthogs, and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After an extensive game drive and a picnic for lunch at hippo pool, you will leave the caldera in the late afternoon you will leave the crater and proceed back to Arusha in the evening for next to take flight direct to Zanzibar.

Day 5 Kilimanjaro international airport to Zanzibar airport

Harbour transfer to Stone Town Hotel for check –in 10:30am have a tip to prison island tour a home of giant tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and beach relaxation return to stone town at 5:30pm for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

After breakfast, stone town tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history.It includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican church built in 1871, town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit – Al-Ajab), old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian Dispensary (cultural center) at 2:00pm transfer to North or East coast hotel via Maruhubi Palace ruins, Living Stone House and to the spice and botanical tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island.

A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and visit to Kidichi bath built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad (grand daughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia), dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 7 Half Day – Mnemba Dolphins & Snorkeling

Snorkeling and witnessing a variety of colorful tropical fishes, corals and other marine creatures. Explore the coral reefs and marine life around Mnemba Island. This half day will show you the other part of North coast of Zanzibar, Matemwe beach

Day 8

Half day beach relax at the hotel and in late afternoon Driver will take you from the Hotel based on your flight timings. Hope you end up with a lot of memories and a few souvenirs too!
